Hi, my name is Rolan Liu Dreihaar, a licensed property manager with 1NE Collective Realty Inc.

With over three years of experience in the industry, I currently manage more than 30 rental

properties across Metro Vancouver and have successfully placed over 60 tenants. Born and

raised in Vancouver, I’m fluent in both English and Mandarin, allowing me to communicate

effectively with a diverse range of clients.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors—whether it’s hiking, biking, or skiing. I’m also

an avid hockey and baseball player.

• Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Simon Fraser University

• Former Advisor at RBC, receiving 3 promotions in 3 years and one of RBC’s National Top Performers 

• Licensed Property Manager through UBC’s Sauder School of Business - Real Estate Division
